This cache is located in the SWFWMD's Cypress Creek and is approximately .8 miles from the parking area. It is placed by where a fire took place in January 2009. Even with the dry winter weather, the vegetation has started growing again and is a reminder of the wonder of nature.
The parking is located off Parkway Blvd. The cache is also easily reached coming from the direction of the Eagle Island trailhead.
