The M-NCPPC Park Rangers would like to thank everyone who participated in the M-NCPPC Ranger Challenge. The coin promotion for the Ranger Challenge will be ending on October 8, 2011.


University Hills Park - Duck Pond
Prince George's County M-NCPPC

This Ranger cache is located at the University Hills Duck Pond. This local community park joins the stream valley park. Local parks include neighborhood and community parks that range in size from less than one acre to just under 200 acres. Facilities at developed local parks vary from site to site, and include combinations of sports courts, athletic fields, picnic areas and shelters, trails, sitting areas, horseshoe pits, fitness clusters, recreation buildings, and play equipment. The Commission operates and maintains more than 6,000 acres of local parkland throughout Prince George's County.

There is a high muggle concentration here, be very stealthful.

You may have your passport validated at the Park Ranger office located at 14955 Pennsylvania Ave., Upper Marlboro, MD. Cachers can contact the Park Rangers via email or call 301.627.7755 for current office hours or to schedule an appointment. Coins will be awarded on a first come – first serve basis while supplies last. Coins are limited to one per person with a valid passport. Once your passport is validated, you will be immediately presented with your geocoin!
