Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the Coleman Memorial Conservation Area. The land for this Conservation Area was donated to the Missouri Department of Conservation by Louise Coleman to further Conservation Education. Special Thanks to her and other generous people like her, we will have areas like this for many years to come.

You'll be walking on level ground on a gravel trail to within 50 feet of the cache. The cache container is a medium sized Lock and Lock.

Be sure and visit the huge sinkhole and read about it and other Karst Regions in the area at N 37.38.971 W 092.39.827. It's less than 1/4 mile down the trail from the parking area.

If you go straight in to the cache and back out it is approx a 3/4 mile round trip walk, but I would encourage you to walk some of the other trails. This area has more deer and wild turkeys and other wildlife than most areas like it.

NOTICE: area closed 10 PM to 4 AM Except for uses permitted by area regulations.

Thanks to Steven LaVal Missouri Department of Conservation for issuing the permit to place this cache,
