KAIDAN is a Japanese word which means "steps".
You could see several interesting "KAIDANs" in Tokyo, the place, the shape, and the view from the KAIDAN.
This Multi-staged Cache starts from here, one of the steep KAIDANs in Tokyo.
1st leg: In the middle of the KAIDAN, you will find "T-20" Manhole. There are four "coloured-numbers" in the middle of the Manhole. From the left, "AB" in yellow, then "2H", "7H", and "05".
Note the two-digit numbers in the yellow -->AB
2nd leg: Standing at the coords below. This is the bottom of the KAIDAN, leads to Yushima Tenjin shrine.

Cache is a plastic container which a bit hard to pick up sometime.

Also, Yushima Tenjin is famous for plum trees. From Feb 8th to Mar 8th, Plum tree festival is held there. Do not miss the festival, as well as Goshuin!

この階段（実盛坂）は、東京でも有数の急階段です。
最初のポイントは階段の真ん中にあります。上部に「T-20」とかかれたマンホールがあるでしょう。そのマンホールの中程に、色で囲われた数字・文字があるとおもいます。一番左から「AB」（これは黄色）、「2H」、「7H」、そして「05」です。

ここは湯島天神に続く坂の下です。この階段は何段あるか数えてください。

このキャッシュは坂の上り下りも結構ありますが、がんばって攻略してください！
