Near a canal
Jerome area needs more caches for people to find and I was getting cabin fever really bad, so I decided since the snow is still up to your ... in a lot of places and mud to your ankles in others, I'd put out some 'easy' caches to find...park and grab caches near vairous canals. The J.A.M. stands for Jerome Area Micros; don't frown, better than no caches at all. The better quality caches will come with warmer weather and drier ground to walk on.
Some of these caches will have a FTF prize, most won't. You'll know when you find one that does. So, shake off the cobwebs from being a couch potato and go find them.
