I really liked the concept for this one, simple with a tad of pre-planning. So I contacted BLIG to see if he would mind me taking his concept and putting one way out yonder.
To claim your smiley you have to bring a new fortune. Now this will take some simple planning on your part. Once you have the new fortune, {from a fortune cookie}, sign and date the back. Remove the old fortune and place the new one in the cache.
You will then need to log the fortune you retrieved, NOT the one you placed in the cache to get your smiley. Creative parking is always a plus!
