11/10/21 Update: well, the gravel street was paved with asphalt last year ... but the cache is still in place. I replaced the log with a fresh one this morning. Thanks for head's up on that! BYOP. Original posting:There are still a few gravel roads left in McLean. This cache is located by one of them.
This small cache contains a log and a Travel Slug geocoin. Also, for the FTF, there is a small geode as your prize. Please BYOP. Decided to up the difficulty a bit due to the DNFs. (5-22-10) 2-10-13: new cache in place--regular size. Happy caching! Please replace cache as found. 8-27-16: new small cache placed. Please bring your own pen. There is room for small objects. Slightly different location, so I updated the clue. There is a bit of bounce (I blame the Verizon substation), so use your geosense! There is no poison ivy immediately around the cache, but there is poison ivy elsewhere -- be careful! Congrats to FTF: flydad -- who was very speedy on a cold Monday morning!
