My second cache to promote the college. This one is significantly harder to find than #1.
This cache is within view of the new housing building. Even with this new building open, there is still an on campus shortage of housing.
This cache is very small and very bright, but it is hidden so well that you will not see it. Rehide it as found.
This is not recommended for night.
