Free My Body
There is a cistern or a tank that has been sitting there for many years with some art or graffiti. The artwork changes over the years. At the time that Mr. Redtail2000 placed the cache the tank read "Free My Body".
5/28/2014 The cache has been moved after getting muggled twice. It is still in the same vicinity as the first cache but hopefully will not get muggled again.
