A fun flashmeet at St Thomas's square, Newport, Isle of Wight at precisely ELEVEN o/clock A.M. on Saturday the 21st of March.
This could be Britains smallest GC Flashmeet to date.
It is about mingling with the public and being anonymous right up until the minute that we all come together, have a countdown and a cheer with our GPSr's raised in the air.....mad or what!!
We introduce ourselves, sign a logbook, swap coins etc and in fifteen minutes we disperse to go our separate ways leaving passer's by wondering what that was all about....
Anyone up for it?
In reality we may want to go for a coffee or something or pair up for some caching or whatever...
There are lots of great caches to be found on the Island, so you could make a day or a weekend of it.
If anyone wishes to set a cache for the day then that would be great.
May see you there, if anyone turns up!!
