You are looking for a plastic box filled with the usual swag. It has been placed there with the permission of the building's permanent tenants. Stealth will still be needed, though!!
The building you will find at these coordinates was built in 1891. After it was closed in the 1970's it fell into disrepair. In 2004, it was given to the Richmond County Historical Society, on the condition that it be moved. The building was subsequently moved about 400 yards to its present location and fully restored to its present glory.
Such a special place just would not be complete without a cache, now, would it??
