Construction of .the New Canadian War Museum began in late 2002, early 2003. As part of the LeBreton Flats Redevelopment Project, the NCC removed and realigned the Ottawa River Parkway to reclaim the waterfront and to serve the Canadian War Museum, a major new festival site and future residential areas on LeBreton Flats. This cache is located under what used to be the west approach to a bridge that used to pass over Booth St.
