Geocache Description:

A challenge to all those who adore puzzle caches

In recent times there has been an truly overwhelming amount of puzzle caches in Kingston. I was somewhat dismayed at this as I'm a mental midget and some of these puzzles were MENSA level initiation puzzles. I spoke to my good friend Dana about this and after some soul searching, I thought, well just enjoy the fun and join in. In thinking this, I didn't want to do something ordinary, I wanted my puzzle cache to be the most challenging and difficult in Kingston. Which is tough, because the minds behind some of the caches in Kingston are exceptional. I thought for a while and looked at some caches that I really liked and found fun, I also consulted with my kids and asked what they thought would be challenging and just downright impossible. So this is what I came up with.
This cache will challenge the genius in you, but will also challenge you physically, although you may need some special equipment, the terrain rating isn't for that. I also figured that for all of you Matrix hounds out there, this rating would be perfect.
Now there are some things you'll need for this cache. I borrowed a few things from my buddy who works at the Brockville City Works Dept, but only needed a few of them. You'll need a 10 ft length of rope (at least). If you don't have this, don't bother with the cache, you'll never get it. Also boots with exceptional grip, especially for climbing damp surfaces. I had the fortune of climbing during dry weather, which made this a heck of a lot easier. Also bring a Robertson's screwdriver #2 (it's the medium square head), this will help you immensely. I brought some other tools, but found I didn't really need them. I found that being tall really helped, but agility came overcome shortfalls in this area. This cache requires a huge amount of stealth at times, also (as Mario says) know your limits, if you see that this is something you can't do, don't do it. I would really feel bad if someone got injured doing this cache. I don't care about mob finds, although you will see the limitations on this when you do it. Also and this is key, absolutely no spoilers, all logs with spoilers (pics or descriptions) will be immediately removed, let others have fun and be challenged by this one. Oh yeah and as always, have fun, caching is first and foremost about having fun.
Cheers
