This is our first attempt with an "unusual" cache container, and it should be pretty easy to locate (it is off the trail a bit). You WILL need to bring a pencil because even though the container itself is pretty large, there is no room for anything other then the log itself. Please let us know what you think!!

The cache is located off a walking/snowmobile trail located just south of the Village of Saranac Lake. It has been years since I have been on it but it is great for a short walk with your pet or a run with your mountain bike. Parking is available right off of Rt. 86 near the R.R. tracks. Round trip is about 1/2 mile.
We have spent alot of time caching throughout the tri-lakes and wanted to add one ourselves. It is designed to be a relaxing cache with no real "frustrating" characteristics. And of course, continue on to the Tree Tops cache.
*FTF goes to Adirondacknative and Harley - I assumed that they might be the ones - It wasn't even there for 24 hours!! Glad to see Harley enjoyed the cache*
