You should be able to get in and out really fast and just plead the "I needed to use the restroom" case.
I had found a different geo-container last week and when I saw two benches surrounding a lamp post, I couldn't resist setting this cache. I think it's only the third lamp post cache I have set, so less that 1% should be OK. If you don't like lamp post caches, don't go for this one.
