Oyster
Steady Meat & Veg.
Ingredients: 2 dozen Natural Oysters in half shell 3 lean
bacon rashes chopped finely 1 red onion finely chopped 1/4 cup
green Capsicum chopped finely 1/4 cup celery chopped finely 1
teaspoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 2-3
drops Tabasco sauce Preparation In a frying pan cook the bacon
until crisp, remove to paper towels to drain then crumble. Cook the
red onion, capsicum, and celery; cook until just tender. Stir in
lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Place the oysters in
each of the openings on the Oyster Steady tray Spoon the mixture
over the oysters in the shells then sprinkle with the crumbled
bacon. Place the tray under Grill or bake in oven for 5-10 minutes
depending on your taste. Serves 4 .Try it you will like
