Geocache Description:

CKMS-FM was a Student run University Radio Station that broadcasted on 100.3 FM. The station boasted programming from students, professors and the community in all forms of talk and music radio. Last year, CKMS-FM was de-funded by the Federation of Students. They have changed their name to SOUND-FM (still on 100.3 FM) and completely overhauled their programming to reach a broader audience.

This Cache is in memory of the old station as it was. I used to be a programmer there, dealing with Political Talk and World Music on Thursdays, back when I was an Undergraduate Student. As much as I like the new sound of SOUND-FM, I will never forget the honesty, integrity, and love surrounding the community that was CKMS.

Depending on the day, stealth may be required. This areas is a main trail for muggle students heading to and from the University of Waterloo.

This is a sandwich sized container covered in black tape.

NOTE: DO NOT GO DOWN TO THE TRAIN TRACKS. This cache is not on railway property, do NOT go down the hill towards the tracks.
