Geocache Description:


"The Day the Music Died" or "American Pie" by Don MacLean is a standard song that commorates the death of Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper, and Richie Valens in a plane crash. The chorus to the song starts out: " "Bye, bye Miss American Pie Drove my Chevy to the Levee, but the Levee was dry. Them good old boys were drinking whiskey and rye Singing, "This will be the day that I die. This will be the day that I die." The cache is a a camo pill bottle wired to wooden fence post. Do not drive to the cache if it is wet. You may be there for awhile. Watch for men and trucks working. Please replace the cache as found.
