Geocache Description:

Congratulations unclebruce for the FTF!

This is a 2 stage puzzle cache.
Even though there IS a warning siren at this location, there is no cache hidden at the posted coordinates.
You must solve the puzzle below to obtain the true coordinates.

WarningSiren
An ill wind comes arising
Across the cities of the plain
There's no swimming in the heavy water
No singing in the acid rain

Red alert

To solve this puzzle, you will have to find the songs by RUSH in the following paragraphs and determine the track number from the original CD (not a live or combination CD). For example, Distant Early Warning is track 1 on Grace Under Pressure. NOTE: I consider every song listed with a length or run time to be an individual track.
I got all the track numbers from the RUSH website Discography page.
RUSH Discography
Coordinates to Stage 1
N  33 05. 240 + A
W 096 41. 129 + B

Where:
A = The sum of the track numbers in paragraph 1
B = The sum of the track numbers in paragraph 2

The local warning sirens alert the subdivisions where they are located about pending dangerous circumstances. There are different warning tones for different threats like flash floods or high water. These warning systems were put in place after lessons learned from the tragedies caused by severe weather.

When a warning siren sounds, you should stop what you're doing and take note of the way the wind blows. It would be a good idea to get a flashlight since you might not be able to see in the available light. Make your way to the strongest room in your house where you hope to stick it out. All warning sirens need to be heeded so that a paramedic won't have to check your vital signs.

You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com

Stage one is a micro and the final is an ammo can. Original contents are a log and pen, a bottle of water, some blank CDRs, an unopened Wii game, a pair of AA batteries, some Arugula seeds for your vegetable garden and a few 33mm containers for future caches.
