Easy find in a relatively new development in San Ramon.
My daughter and son-in-law (he worked for one of the developers) were the VERY FIRST home owners in this development on McLaren Lane. They subsequently moved up to nice home near Limerick Park, just a mere 10,700 inches from the cache site. This cache is dedicated to my two grandsons.
May need to be stealthy before and after school hours as the trail can get quite a bit of activity.
