As with any covert operation you will have to pay attention to details. Initially you will have to decode a cypher which will give you the location of the Mark. Once at this location the Mark will help you understand how to open the Lock Box. The Lock Box contains the money, the new passport, and the instuctions on how to get to the safe house. Take these with you and deliver them to the safe house (yes, we mean LEAVE them in the safe house).

Since operatives are always mindful of being tailed, you will be traveling 10 - 15 miles on your mission. The opertatives you are meeting up with are also being evasive so they will be changing locations as they see fit. Leave no trace of where you have been and replace everything as you found it or better to ensure the missions of your fellow operatives. Remember, a good spy would never go on a mission without taking something to keep notes with, binoculars,and tweezers! And poking around in the dark draws attention - don't do it!
The first operative to complete the mission will be rewarded with a Cabela's Mini Tool to use on future missions and a one-of-a-kind commemorative commendation.

The Lock Box is on private property, but the owner has given their permission for you to come on to the property enough to get what you need. For those of you concerned about this, you can reach the container from the sidewalk, it's in the flower pot about 30 feet towards the woods from the mark!
