Amendment 3 - Housing of Soldiers Traditional Cache
Raptilion: I am no longer able to keep up on the maintenance of my caches so I a forced to archive them. It was fun hiding the caches but now I will focus on finding caches when my energy levels are sufficient to get out for the hunt.

Terrain is relatively level but not wheelchair accessible. The road is heavy traffic and not recommending parking along the side. I used the parking lot for the shopping area just a short walk to the north of the cache.
Amendment III: Housing of soldiers
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
If you look across the road to the east you will see housing provided by the government for soldiers and their families. I personally have lived in Officer quarters on different military installations, this installation not included.
You are looking for a camouflaged instant coffee container with room for small tracking and trading items. Please hide the container as well or better than you found it so the next cacher will enjoy their search also. Remember this is a game to have fun and socialize with other like minded individuals so have fun!
