In the neon area depending on time of day or night you will see a few kids and adults playing sports. before the closing of fleming neon high you would see lots of children doing just that. You would almost always see groups of children all over town. Now the Fleming neon high school has closed and helped to form the Letcher county central high school. (GO COUGARS) This cache is placed in an area where at certain times of day you may see some people practicing baseball, or attending church. maybe some doing a little grocery shopping, so use stealth as needed. This cache is a micro so bring your own pen.
