Geocache Description:

Not wheelchair accessible, moderate steps, dog friendly beach.

Once a holiday beach resort for jaded city folk, Kingston has been absorbed into the southern suburban fringes of Hobart since the development of the Southern Outlet Road.

This cache is for the achievers, or the wannabe achievers. If THIS CACHE is your 1st, 80th, 2000th or 5000th find you qualify for one of the respective pins. However, if you don't qualify for one of these pins you are welcome to take one of the other pins available.

You can access this cache from Kingston Beach (and walk across to the dog beach) or from S 42 deg 58.308' N 147 deg 19.609'. The Alum Cliffs walkway which will form part of your hunt offers some eminently photographic views. When you've finished your search you can head off for a walk along the walkway or sit on the rock and ponder life.
