First State Challenge 2009 Event

The Delaware Geocachers FSC2009 Event is finally here!

PLEASE READ:
This event is open to all Geocachers regardless of whether or not any FSC2009 caches were found and logged. In order to be eligible for a certificate of completion, a FSC2009 Pathtag, AND door prizes, the following is required:

1. Each caching name MUST have completed the challenge as described on each cache page.
2. A photo or scanned copy of your completed Official Form MUST be sent to the email address listed on the cache page by Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at noon. This date and time is the latest any form will be accepted.
3. All completed forms will be acknowledged. If you have NOT received an email stating that you are on the Pathtag list, please send an email to firststate.challenge2009@gmail.com.
4. You MUST bring your completed Official Form to the event as your entry for door prizes.

Address: 518 S. Bay Rd (Rt 113) Dover, DE
Details: Order any food items you want from an extensive menu. There is a kids menu available. Separate checks will be given. Gratuity is NOT included on the check.

We hope to see everyone there. If for some reason, you cannot attend, please try to make arrangements with another cacher who is attending to pick up your certificate & Pathtag.

Please log a "will attend" log and include how many are in your party. This will help us plan with the restaurant.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT (4/9/09):

There is a Travel Bug Race sponsored by Delaware Geocachers which will commence at this event! Please find all the details at 2009 First State Travel Bug & Geocoin Race

ANNOUNCEMENT (5/17/09): The 2009 FS Challenge is now officially over. No additional certificates or Pathtags will be awarded. Most, if not all, of the caches are being adopted and will continue to be available to be found. The TB/Geocoin race is ON!
