This cache is a dormitory for the travel bugs and GeoCoins that are passing through the University area. You don't need a degree, or be enrolled at the U. to stay here. This dorm is located in a nice dry location and has a few nice goodies for trading too!
The cache owner makes a biweekly or so trip to the University from the Hickory area. This cache is the southern end of the trip and the Interstate 40 Travel Bug Depot is at the northern end of the trip. Feel free to leave a tradeable or travel bug even if they are headed for other directions, though. This cache will be visited at least once per week if not more frequently through 2010. Make sure to sign the log when you visit! The GZ of the cache is practically hidden from all sides, but the approach has some muggle visibility. This cache is located on the ground and not in the nearby strutcure(s).
