This gold ammo can has been placed in honor of 2 Guys Named
Moe and George1’s 1000th cache found on March 21, 2009.
Congratulations to the dynamic trio (GEOMOE) for their #1000
milestone!
Mountain Cowboys have come back from retirement to place this
cache in their honor. Moe2 and George seemed to enjoy our first
cache so much that we decided to commemorate their #1000 milestone
with a little stroll down memory lane.
The Two Guys Named Moe started Geocaching in April of
2006.

They picked the name “2 Guys Named Moe” because:
1. Billy (now Moe2) is a Three Stooges fan and actually met them
and had his picture taken with them as a child.
2. Billy's brother (entertainer: Vinnie Vegas) has performed with
Five Guys Named Moe.
3. Billy said Moe is always in charge and they both wanted to be in
charge.
4. Jean (Moe1) looked up the word 'guy' in the urban dictionary on
the web and verified that guy can mean "It's just the way to call
people, no matter what they are guy or girl". After reading that,
Jean was satisfied that it was ok to use the word 'guy' in their
caching name.
5. Billy came up with the name 2 Guys Named Moe and Jean wanted to
give Billy the illusion that he was in charge so she agreed to the
name.
They are one of the few that have made the commitment and
completed the Pennsylvania Delorme Challenge. They also have put
out several nice “must do” multi-caches in the State College area.
They are challenging. Please check out:

George1 started Geocaching on October 2002.

He is a retired Washington DC Fire Fighter, and now is a part
time painting contractor. George is quite the woodsman and for over
10 years has hiked and maintained sections of the Quehanna Trail.
Geocaching has taken him to some of the greatest places in
Pennsylvania. He'll tell you the best thing about Geocaching is the
Friends he has made. There is no way he would have ever come into
contact with the eclectic and zany bunch of characters he has met
except for Geocaching. George is known for his wilderness hides
that take you to something of interest in Penn’s Woods. Please
check out these fine hides:

Moe2 and George1 are also known for their spreading of good
cheer. When those two get together, nothing good can come of it.
Some of their finest work has involved the deposit of a full size
porcelain toilet at various fellow cachers’
residences and more recently a full size outhouse. These “hits”
make such nice lawn ornaments.
This multicache is to commerorate the
dynamic trio's #1000 milestone. This will require considerable
driving to complete and may put the cacher into a few situations
that the cacher may not feel comfortable with. If a stage bothers
you, please back away and choose another cache to complete. (This
cache may not be for everybody.) Extreme stealth may be required in
a couple stages. The final stage is located on State Game Lands, so
please wear safety orange during hunting seasons. Also, some
special equipment not normally found in a cache bag may be required
to complete this.
Enjoy this fine tribute to the Two Guys Named Moe and
George1.
Please refrain from completing this cache until the Dynamic Trio
gets their honorary First to Find on it. Thank You.

Reminder: Brainstorming and special
equipment may be required to complete all the stages.
Good Luck and Be Safe!
