9/30/09: I walk near this often on my early morning walks, and I usually check it. I have found it out in the open at least five times, and it was again this morning. PLEASE replace exactly where found. If it was animuggles doing this, I think I have thwarted them, but if it is someone deliberately sabotaging (why I don't know), I will have to archive it.
