Geocache Description:

Saturday May 9th from 11:00AM - 1:00PM

On this day we will flock together to celebrate one of our Maine geocaching friends. It was not too long ago that Gob-ler, had his sights set on that milestone 5000th find. And along the way several other challenges just seemed too good to pass up. The Maine DeLorme Challenge, The Little Rhody DeLorme Challenge, The Fizzy and most recently The Centum Challenge. Come and join us at the posted coordinates, to meet Gob-ler and hear him tell his many caching stories. We will meet in the parking lot outside, enjoy the day and have a tailgate party. Bring your camp chair and your appetite, and join in the celebration of one man's ~~addiction~~ passsion for geocaching. Did I mention the FTF's, and all of those stories? Who knows what else you will learn about the Gob-ler.

Be sure not to eat breakfast so you can enjoy one of Maine's finest sandwich shops,... try one of these.

In case of fowl weather, the event will head into the rear dining room.

There will be a few door prizes for: best dressed (camouflage of course), if you have a picture of Gob-ler, post it with your "will attend" log, and we will also have a turkey trivia contest.

There will be room for TB's to be traded along with all of the caching stories.
