Pretty easy to find. My kids ages 8 and under helped hide it. It is mostly level with minimal overgrowth. Watch for stickers and thorns.

You are looking for a plastic square bucket wrapped in black tape. We tried to place it in an area with little or no thorns or stickers, but be prepared for new ones to pop up.
Inside are various items for trade including several toys. I put all the toys in one bag to keep moisture out. There are kids' bead necklaces and cars mostly to start with. Take as many other items as you would use. There are extra plastic zipper bags if needed on one side.
Don't forget to sign the log book and take a picture or two of everyone hunting. Happy geocaching!
