Cache is a lock-n-lock box hidden in a scenic area along the Fox River.
The cache is a short walk from a dirt road. This area has been renovated with a great new pier and bench so sit and enjoy the Fox River. Cache was moved on 7/7/15 and again on 8/25/2020 to be a less muddy area as the original site would flood in spring. The original ammo box is missing and has been replaced with a plastic box. Initial cache has a some trade items including a Packer magnet, Magic gloves for cold days of geocaching and the Indiana Jones TB. Initial cache had a disposable camera. Finders were welcome to take a picture of your team and put the camera back. Some photos are posted on the cache site in the gallery. (Note: You cannot walk from this cache to the nearby Fox Proposal cache) Cache is located on Upper Fox River Public Access, which is managed by the Wisconsin DNR. The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Wisconsin DNR at 427 E. Tower Road Suite 100, Wautoma, WI 54982.
