In Eljer Park off walking path. The cache is close to the path but you'll need to watch for Trolls and muggles to retrieve it.
Parking in the lot puts you a hunderd yards or so from the cache right off a paved walking trail, but it's rated a 2 because the terrain actually requires a bit of effort to retrieve. Bring a pen!
