Grading Composition
Kihon: San Bon Zuki (3 punches) , age uke (going
backwards) - gyakuzuki , soto uke (Zenkutsudachi) - yoko Empi
(kibadachi), uchi uke (going backwards) - gyakuzuki , shuto uke -
nukite, yoko keage (kibadachi), yoko kekomi (kibadachi)
The most basic form of karate training, kihon consists of repeating
individual techniques many times.
Kata: Heian Yondan
Kata (form) consists of a predefined sequence of karate defences
and attacks against a number of imaginery opponents.
Kumite: One step kumite - both sides
Kumite (sparring) is the main training method in which techniques
can be used against real opponents.
You are an Intermediate Grade with a
Green belt
Find this cache in order to pass your 5th grading and become a
Purple Belt
