Geocache Description:

A peanut butter jar (very predictable for a bergmannfamily hide) hidden in the very northwest corner of Beaudry Park.

This is the relatively untraveled part of Beaudry that my kids like to pretend they are the first to explore. We had a great time on a sunny winter day in Spring wandering the shore and the bush looking for the right place to put this cache. There was much disagreement among the kids as to which one we should choose. In the end it was deemed to be an unfair parental decision that settled the discussion. The cache starts with a couple of tradeables, a logbook, pencil, and of course an FTF certificate. I have marked it winter friendly, but a big snowfall will cover even this place. The best parking is on Harbour Cove south of the Trans-Canada, but in winter you could park in Beaudry proper and ski or walk across.
