This series will take you to scenic locations on
Potawatomi Wildlife Park. This property is a 300+ acre private
non-profit park in Marshall County that is open to the public. The
property has a rich Native American history and has various
habitats and best of all has a tranquil atmosphere not found on
larger state owned properties.
The park is open free of charge to the public but
donations are encouraged. Please sign the guest registry and note
that you are geocaching.

PWP Scenic
Hike: Smores-n-campfire stories
Park at the 1834 cabin on your right at the base of
the hill. Take the high trail that follows along the ridge to the
east. You are walking along a ridge that contains prehistoric
Native American encampment features. Sorry no artifact hunting
allowed. The Tippecanoe River was important to their survival. Go
past the youth group campground and just around the corner. Make
sure to take some time to enjoy the view. Geocaching is not just
about the cache, it is also about the Journey.

property while enjoing your visit..
