An alphabet chain cache. The Alphabet chain cache series was a series with a difference - the difference being that the First Finder of each cache was invited to hide the next cache in the series.
D is for the surname of a character played by an English actor born in 1960 in two different films. This actor has played a role in the following films. Work out what films the intials represent and make a note of the year the film was released:
