Small green decon box containing travel bug &, at time of placing, a car, pad & pencil, rubber, FTF badge, GoGo and highlighting pen.
The Scrum 'n' Rum Travel Bug located inside the cache has one clear goal....Travel to as many Rugby destinations ( across both playing codes) around the world as possible.
Scrum 'n' Rum is in honour of the fantatstic work undertaken by the Junior Teams at Stoke-On-Trent RFC. The smaller crewmates play here to get practice for "scrummaging" their way through the undergrowth when caching!!
The club was founded in 1884 and is one of the oldest clubs in Staffordshire. It's 1st XV currently play in Midlands Div 2 (West) and aren't too bad either!!
You do not need to enter the club grounds in order to find the cache as it is sited on the frontage before the gates. The area can get very busy on Saturday afternoons (when the seniors play) and Sunday mornings (when the juniors play). Therefore it is probably best to view the club web site to find out when you will not be rucked & mauled my the "Rock Hard" muggles!! www.stokerufc.co.uk
