The cache is a film canister with a log book but NO pen so you need to bring your own! I laid this cache whilst on a horse ride - hence the name! I decided that I'd let Illy decide where the cache should be hidden so when he chose to stop and admire the view I hopped off to hide it. Much better than getting all scientific about cache hiding!
It's found on a footpath that goes from Racecourse farm to Clerkenwater. It is probably best to come from the old A30 side if you are driving as there is more room for parking. From the Clerkenwater side (coming from Bodmin) you need to turn right at the bridge and walk up the drive - you feel like you are walking into someones house but keep going past the house and walk up to the right, up the muddy path and then through the gate.
To get the coordinates for the cache itself you need to solve this puzzle.
