Geocache Description:

This has a beautiful view of the ocean and the hills around San Simeon. Easy walk until the rock hill which has a 33 foot scramble up a moderately steep hill. Terrain is grassy hill trail just above sea level.

This is an enjoyable walk through gentle hills with amazing views of the pacific coast and the mountains near San Simeon Castle. Take a picnic and stay a while to soak in the peaceful beauty of this area. Watch as the hawks and buzzards play in the updrafts. The cach is square and has a blue top. There are magnifying glasses, bungy cords, pens and animal figurines for the kids.
