This Cache is called Boat Watching because it is right by the Canal, and the cache location is a prime location for Boat Watching!
A schedule for the boats on a given day can be found at the Canal Center by Lock 3.
Cache is accessable via a road, or you can take the long and scenic route through the Waterfront Trail! (I prefer the latter)
Container is a small caryon shaped container, and is blue, with camo duct tape.
