Cache is placed in an area marked at the trailhead as a California ecological preserve. We met a land manager from another agency at the trailhead and he said several agencies own land out here. He asked us not to ride our MTBs so we hoofed it and had a great time. There is one area close to the Otay Lakes Reservoir that has signs clearly indicating that nobody is allowed in that area. Please heed those signs and any others that you may see.
We got up here in hopes that the TBR series could be changed from bison to regular size. The things we do for our fellow cachers! Had a blast and boy are we sore! Thanks to the previous hiders who brought us up here! ftf dollar awarded
