Blandine est une jeune esclave qui a été martyrisée à Lyon sous Marc-Aurèle en juillet 177. Elle est maintenant la patronne de la ville de Lyon.
L'église Saint Blandine est un superbe édifice situé sur la place de l'Hippodrome.

Ne loupez surtout pas toutes les gargouilles et autres sculptures ornant le toit !

Blandine is a young slave who was martyred in Lyons under Marcus Aurelius in July 177. It is now the patron saint of the city of Lyon.
The church of Saint Blandine is a beautiful building located on the site of the Hippodrome.

Do not miss especially all the gargoyles and other sculptures adorning the roof!
