Located near the former fish hatchery at Shubenacadie Canal Lock 5 in Wellington, NS. Should be a quick find at the small, but interesting park. Be careful of your surroundings and please watch your step around the Lock. Cache is in a small, green lock & lock container. It contains a logbook, pencil and a few items to trade. First to find has their choice of a Blockbuster or Shoppers Drug Mart gift card. Please leave the other for the second to find:)
Cache should be available all year round depending on the amount of snow on the ground. Be sure to put it back as it was found (or covered better if you can!).
Also, please do not attempt this cache at night. There are a number of dangerous places you could fall and get hurt on, including some small (and not so small) drops in the land you may not see with a flashlight.
