Don't be afraid of the large number of waypoints. These are only to make sure you take the right path and stay off the urban road as much as possible. Questions are easy to answer. The tour is about 2,5km long. Everything can be done with stroller and wheelchair except the final which is about 10 meters offroad... Finding micros could also be difficult in a wheelchair. To go back to your car i strongly recommend you, at least if you are with stroller and / or wheelchair, to go back to WP10 (Maria) and continue straight to WP05 (Sculpture). You are then very close of your car. Alternatively you can continue the road from the final til the end and turn down to the left where you also end up finding yourself at WP05. If you really want to discover Steinfort and it's history you should watch for these very informative panels. They are very well made in german and french language, and are very detailful.
I will force you to read at least parts of them anyway to get through this multi-stage cache :-)
