Just a short walk at the beach from
de Koog.You may park your car at the mentioned coordinates, the
parking is free here!
Enter the beach by the "bridge" and
walk to the above mentioned coordinates. Have a look around for a
sign which mentiones the number of a "Paal" (pile).
Walk down to the beach and get to
the pile with the number on it you found before.
Get the coordinates of this pile
and do a projection from here to another pile, using the
information you will find at the pile you are standing at:
Multiply the black number by 4 and
add 8 = ?? metres
First digit / 1 / first digit = ?1?°
At the next pile get the
coordinates again and do another projection, using the information
you will find at this pile:
The last number divided by 2 = ???
metres
First digit of first number / second digit of first number minus 3
/ first digit of the second number divided by 3 = ???°
At this third pile you should have
found the cache. It had been a nice handmade camouflage nano
cache - but somebody must have STOLEN it
in April 2010!!!
So there is the following change as to keep the
cache: at the third pole you will from now on only find a handwritten two letter
combination, but no more logroll, as I will not be at Texel
next time. Just mail me
two letters as to proof that you have found the "cache" -
you may as well log directly. There is no need to wait for the
answer - you will only get one, when it is wrong.
I know, this is not the rule, but
to keep the cache for the cachers tot have fun and find it, I will
try this way - if nobody minds.
Please do not load up fotos
of the piles or the hiding place which may spoiler! As well please
do not write information in your log which may spoiler!
