It's that time again for another WWFM!
WWFM - World Wide Flash Mob - At exactly 12:00 PM CDT, there will be over 100 of these events taking place all over the world put on by Geocachers just like us! The concept is for everyone to gather for exactly 15 minutes: log the event, mingle, win some door prizes, take a picture, and quickly disperse! One of the shortest events you will ever attend!
This time it is at Oak Grove Park in Gladstone, MO. The following is the agenda:
Prior to 12:00 PM - Mill about the area. There are two caches to seek in the park; why not find them if you haven't?
12:00 PM - A signal will be given to converge at the listed coordinates. You may want to synchronize your watch with the official beginning...
12:00 - 12:07 PM - Log the event and get your nametag. Get your bugs out on the trade table. Take a guess at the trivia question about a park in the city of Gladstone. The first correct answer pulled out will win a Soaring Eagle Geocoin! Door prizes will be drawn using your log sheets. Actual length of drawing depends on prizes donated.
12:08 - 12:10 PM - Official snacks will be distributed. One per customer! Gather for the group picture. Cheese!
12:11 - 12:13 PM - Getting to know you... Everyone talk amongst themselves and set up caching for the rest of the day. Swap geocoins. Look at travel bugs. Just say hello to everyone. Whatever you want to do.
12:14 PM - One minute to go! There will be several brand-new caches to hunt for around the Gladstone area. Coordinates will be handed out at this time.
12:15 PM - Announcement will be made to clear the premises! Get out of here! Skedaddle!
After 12:15 PM - Go find those hides in the park you didn't find earlier but now know where they are because you talked to someone! Do some more caching in the area! Go have some Maggie Moos!

A couple of notes:
- Donations will be taken for helping to cover the cost of the shelter reservation. Any excess funds will be donated to help out the Picnic Committee for the KC Annual Picnic in August.
- Donations for door prizes will be welcome; just email me what you will be bringing so I know what to expect.
- Parking is available along Troost Ave. when the parking lot fills up. If that is full, then there is a field behind the parking lot which can be used as well.
