I can't find any recent responses from billybobclaire about maintaining this cache which makes it appear they are either unwilling or unable to maintain this geocache. Cache maintenance includes: replacing broken or missing containers, replacing full or wet logs, updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing the needs maintenance attributes, enabling the listing, and more. At each reference point, view 1 of 14 historical markers. Answers to clues in information on markers.
CACHE COORDINATE CLUES - LAST THREE DIGITS OF DECIMAL MINUTES VARY FROM TRAIL HEAD - for latitude N36 30.AAA -- W 104 55.BCC.
AAA = Last three digits of the last year the courthouse was in Cimarron - but in reverse order.
B = The number of Maxwell Land Grant & R.W. Co. houses remaining of the original 12.
CC = The last two digits of the year the Dold Bro's. Warehouse was built +2.
Family friendly. 6450 Ft. ASL - about 1.5 mile circuit. Two unrelated caches are nearby.
