This cache is located just off the mountain trail behind the neighborhood. There is a nice little trail that is great to watch the sunset from. It is pretty easy to walk and very easy to follow, however some parts are a little steep and you have to watch your footing. My 4 year old niece hikes this and hid this cache so it is kid friendly... just be careful for the jumping cactus!
First and foremost... this is my first cache that Gixxer, my yellow labrador, and I have hidden sooooo.... I am sorry in advance if the coordinates are off or any of the information is off. If you send me a note I will be sure to adjust the listing.
The cache is hidden in a medium size plastic box. The cache contains a travel bug attached to a monkey key chain, a drawing that my niece made for the cache, a butterfly styrafoam thingy, a logbook, two pens, and a little Hotwheels car.
You will pass 2 saguaro catctus that are about 4 feet tall within 20 feet of each other and you will know you are getting close... Look for the rock pile! When facing the rock pile go to the right of the rock pile (the trail goes to the left) just off the trail you will find the cache.
