The entrance to the view can be found at

You can park your car on the oppisite side of the road, when you reach the entrance.

The published coordinates for the cache will take you to a structure.

Use the dates at the structure to calculate the final location of the cache. Use the following clues:
The structure was erected in the year A99B.
The structure was restored in the year C00D.
