The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates!
What is at the posted coordinates is the tiny village of McKay which is at the crossroads of 60 and 95. Couple of log cabin dealers on the corners and a mill up the road a little, but that's about it. This area needed a few caches so why not throw a puzzle in to make it interesting!
Use the image below to solve the puzzle.
You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com.
Cache has log and plenty of room for trades and trackables.
Additional Hints
(Decrypt)
[This is a simple cryptogram.
"cryp·to·gram: (krip't?-gram') n. A piece of writing in code or cipher (reference.com)."
"A cryptogram is a block of text which has been rendered unreadable through the use of what is called a
"substitution cypher". This means that each letter used in the original text has been substituted with another
(G becomes A, F becomes P, etc.) (cryptograms.org)."
In this puzzle, smileys have been substituted for letters. None of the smileys represent punctuation; none of the smileys represent numbers.]
